In this process, the material will replace the gas inside the small bucket, so that the dust of the feeding port will fly in the sky; It is necessary to keep a certain micro negative pressure in the small bucket to replace the gas, which is to set up a filter containing a small fan; Or centralized dust removal;
2. Dust removal from the feeding door of the mixer
The feeding of the mixer refers to the powder sent to the feeding port of the mixer by the belt conveyor, and the volume of the powder replaces part of the air, leading to dust flying. Treatment measures: Set up a suction to ensure the feeding port of the micro negative pressure, to prevent dust escape. The air hood is connected to the dust collection equipment by pipes to collect carbon black and other raw materials. The ash unloading device of the dust collecting equipment is connected with the auxiliary equipment batching device, and the collected powder can continue to be used as raw materials.

3, the mixer discharge door dust
In the discharge of the mixer, oil-bearing and water-bearing dust and high temperature flue gas will escape from the discharge port.
Treatment measures: Set up a suction to ensure the discharge port of the micro negative pressure, to prevent the flue gas escape. The air hood is connected to the dust collection equipment by pipes to collect carbon black and other raw materials.
Note: the oil and water vapor in the flue gas is relatively large, and the difficulty of the dust collection process lies in the easy paste bag!
