Project Overview
The client of this project is one of the top three coating enterprises in the world, producing and operating coatings, glass, glass fiber and chemicals. At present, we help customers from industry, transportation, consumer goods, construction and other fields and their aftermarket to improve the appearance of products in various forms.
In the process of coating production, volatile organic waste gas is produced, which affects the workshop and the environment. In order to protect the environment and meet the national and local emission standards, the customer added 5 sets of waste gas treatment equipment needs, Aier with a large number of core technologies and application cases in the field of waste gas treatment, the customer recognition, this project new equipment by Aier design, manufacturing, installation, commissioning and training services.
The Solution
RTO furnace (three chambers) : The process of filter + runner +RTO is adopted. After filtering, the waste gas enters the runner for concentration, and the concentrated waste gas enters the RTO for incineration. The RTO furnace is three-tower, with one inlet, one outlet and one purge.
Dust removal: The explosion-proof cartridge filter is adopted. After dust removal, the particulate matter is controlled below 0.5um, and then the exhaust gas is absorbed into the activated carbon box for adsorption treatment. The VOC concentration at the export reaches the emission standard.
Two activated carbon: exhaust gas into the activated carbon box, organic matter is adsorbed by activated carbon in its interior, clean gas discharge.

Exhaust gas source: Exhaust gas from the workshop production section.
Characteristics of exhaust gas: large air volume, low concentration, paint fog, more complex composition.
Process: RTO+ wheel + filter

2. Waste gas treatment project of warehouse workshop
Source of exhaust gas: material overflow in the warehouse workshop;
Exhaust gas features: the warehouse is equipped with ventilation, low exhaust gas concentration, in order to prevent the accumulation of exhaust gas, concentration rise, exhaust gas treatment facilities.
Process: two stage activated carbon adsorption
Equipment: activated carbon adsorption box, exhaust gas fan, exhaust cylinder, etc
Treated air volume: 45,000 Nm3/h
Exhaust gas composition: non-methane total hydrocarbon
Purification efficiency: ≥90%

Condition of acceptance
The five sets of equipment in this project have been accepted and completed and run stably up to standard. The exhaust gas emission concentration meets the secondary standard in Table 2 of the Comprehensive Emission Standard for Atmospheric Pollutants (GB16297-1996), and the standards in Table 1 and Table 2 of the Emission Standard for Volatile Organic Compounds of the Chemical Industry (DB32/3151-2016). Meet GB37824-2019 “Paint, ink and adhesive industry air pollutant emission standards”.
