Filter Principle
Dust gas entry the middle or bottom body from the bag house inlet,in the process of enter into the top body through the filter bag,the dust in the airflow is captured by the filter bag because of various impaction ,the filter bag separated the dust from gas,the dust is adscrbed on the filter bag,the gas enter into the top body by getting through the filter bag and venture,exhaust from outlet.
Cleaning Principle
With the filtration time prolonged,the dust that on the surface of the filter bag accumulated and the equipment resistance increased,When the equipment resistance increased to the set point, the cleaning unit start to work,first,the valve stoppee in one branch,cut off the filtration airflow.then the pulse valve start the compressed air inburst into the filter bag and make the filter bag shake.then the dust fell into the hopper.The pulse valve will closed after cleaning.
The cleaning will poerate in turn.cleaning circle is from the first cleaning to the next cleaning
Dust Collection
After filtration and cleaning ,the dust fell into the hopper and discharged.
